When you refer a patient to one of our centers, you can be confident that your patient will receive the highest quality, medically supervised infusion therapy available.
We obtain all required prior authorizations as well as assist with access to co-pay assistance programs. We work directly with you and/or your office to deliver a coordinated treatment plan that is customized for each patient.
Unlike a hospital or medical center, we offer easy access with free parking, personal attention and a number of convenient “touches” that make the patient’s stay with us more enjoyable and productive. Free WiFi is standard at all centers, and many locations offer personalized HD TVs, heated treatment chairs and more.
We at MPP are committed to maintaining the privacy of your patients’ health information. We are in full compliance with all HIPAA laws regarding the standards for privacy and security in handling private patient information. All communication regarding patients—even faxes—are transmitted securely.

When we receive the completed referral form and medical records, our coordinator will verify the patient’s insurance and schedule your patient.
Once the patient has been scheduled, we’ll send a confirmation fax to the physician office that includes the details of the appointment.
After the patient has visited our center to receive infusion therapy, a record of the visit will be faxed to the physician office. You will also be notified if the patient has missed their scheduled appointment.
